HOW WE DO IT

DISCOVERY

At the beginning of your project, we try and learn as much about your business design goals and needs as possible. We meet with you in person, discuss on the phone & over email to gain more insight into your project. We also visit the site to obtain information & carry out an initial appraisal.

SPACE PLANNING & DESIGN CONCEPT

With an understanding of the scope of your project established, we begin exploring creative approaches. These initial thoughts whilst conceptual form the inspiration for the more concrete design decisions that we will make down the road. As the design direction emerges we begin the spatial arrangement of your interior.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

During the design development phase, we go from the more conceptual and abstract down to specifics. We develop the plans, elevations and bespoke joinery. We select or design the architectural features, finishes and electrical fixtures.

In tandem with this process we select furniture, accessories and art. We believe design is a process, one that involves interaction with our clients. We will show you a comprehensive package of options that are within your budget and timeline.

TENDER

We finalise production drawings & specification schedules. These are issued to contractors & suppliers for pricing.

CONSTRUCTION

We manage your project on site to ensure your interior fit-out is being executed to our exact design specification.
